Our team of teachers is made up of a select group of qualified professionals, with postgraduate degrees and specific training in each of the areas of knowledge and extensive educational work experience.
GCB teachers are characterised by a vocation for their profession. They are professionals who hold a well-founded ethical and moral sense; who assume a critical stance towards their environment, they are leaders, innovators and participants of change, an example and a permanent role model for the community.

Through more than 1,300 events each year, students get a front-row seat to history as it’s being made. Like a student at Campbell University you will have access to workshops, lectures, performances, interviews, and more.

COCREATING GCB

At GCB Bilingue Internacional we reinvent ourselves daily to guarantee the best educational experience for our students. That´s why in June 2023 we initiated a process of co-creating our school, realising that we must focus, now more than ever, on three fundamental pillars: the students, families and our staff. We formed working teams, with participation from all academic and administrative personnel, specifically focused on strengthening emotional health as of preschool, enriching the learning experience of each student and promoting their integral growth throughout their time at the school. We also seek to strengthen the home-school relationship with families, create a programme of ongoing training and development for our staff, reduce our environmental footprint and optimise the incorporation of new technologies into our teaching and management processes.

The EFQM

Model is a globally recognised management framework that supports organisations in managing change and improving performance.

Since 2007, we have guided our management through the EFQM Model of Excellence, whose criteria, fundamental concepts and work schemes have motivated a permanent self-assessment culture, in order to identify our own areas of strength and improvement within our context, profile and institutional reality. The implementation of this has allowed us to have effective administrative control, target the results we want to achieve, be aware of the actions we must take to achieve them, and to design our own measurement and monitoring methods in order to meet a predesignated level of quality which is controlled and in constant improvement. Consequently, in 2018 we were awarded the Recognized for Excellence – 5 Stars quality assurance level. We were the second school in Colombia and the fourth in Latin America to have reached this level. Due to this achievement, in 2021 EFQM invited us to participate in the EFQM Global Award 2022. After a thorough investigation directed by international evaluators, we are delighted and honored to say that GCB is the first colombian and latin-america organization to have reached the 6th level of excellence and be part of the 6-diamond club.

Agreements With Universities Alliances to keep on the road

Since 2003, GCB has belonged to the “Mejores Bachilleres de la Universidad Nacional” program which awards three annual scholarships to the most outstanding Colombian bachelors to study any undergraduate program at Universidad Nacional allowing them to pursue their professional career.

In addition, GCB has numerous agreements that allows our graduates to access universities in a preferential manner (without an interview) and be eligible for distinguished scholarships. Prestigious institutions such as Universidad del Rosario, Universidad de La Sabana and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana are among these exclusive and preferential agreements.
